Tyler Velin is a pastor at Sovereign Hope Church in Missoula, Montana where he predominantly works with college students at the University of Montana. He is entering is last semester at Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon and is currently mulling over doctoral programs. Tyler is married to Sarah and they have two children, a son named Owen and a daughter, Addley.
Rather than adopting a "Doomsday Preppers" theology in response to the cultural decline, we must realize the opportunity we have to fashion a message of gospel urgency. Here are three points of emphasis that I think are essential to missional endurance in today's cultural climate.
