Matt Boswell

Matthew Boswell is Professor of Worship Ministries and Visiting Worship Leader at Midwestern Seminary, training the next generation of pastors and worship leaders. He serves as lead pastor of The Trails Church in North Texas and is a widely respected hymn writer, known for songs including His Mercy is More, Come Behold the Wondrous Mystery, and Christ Our Hope in Life and Death. Boswell founded Doxology & Theology, a ministry equipping gospel-centered worship. He holds a master’s in Christian ministry, a Th.M. in biblical spirituality, and a Ph.D. in Christian worship from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He lives in Texas with his wife and four children.
