This is the good news of the gospel. Words that didn’t make sense together make sense now because of the death and resurrection of Jesus.​

God uses the most ordinary of people and the most ordinary of settings to do the most extraordinary things.  It is so important, so critical, that we remember.  For when people forget, we are but one generation away from darkness.  But darkness is never so dark that a single Light cannot but easily pierce it. 

The church centered on the gospel makes a commitment to bless the world.

If a Christian can by possibility be saved while he conforms to this world, at any rate it must be so as by fire. 

God’s love for the world and desire to provide salvation is why God became man.
